The Ventnor and District Local History Society purchased the architecturally interesting Spring Hill Premises that house the Ventnor Heritage Museum in 1987
Built in 1905 the building was originally a Furniture Shop later becoming a Car Showroom

In addition to the items on view in the Exhibition Hall, the Museum houses an extensive Archive of many thousands of items relating to Ventnor and the surrounding area including :-

Drawings - Engravings - Guides - Letters - Maps - Models - Newspapers - Paintings

The Museum is open between May and October
Tuesday - Friday 10 am - 4.30 pm
Monday & Saturday 10 am - 12.30 pm
and throughout the rest of the year on Saturday Mornings 10 am - 12.30 pm
