The Ventnor and District Local History Society of which the Museum is an integral part, is an active and well known local society founded in 1980 with around 130 members and thirty life members

Managed by an eleven member Executive Committee overseen by four Trustees the aims of the Society are to generate interest in the History of

Ventnor and the Surrounding Areas

and to preserve its heritage

Monthly Meetings

are held at the Masonic Hall Grove Road Ventnor on the last Friday of each month (excluding August / November / December) at 7.30 pm

Lectures, Film Shows, Visits, Social and other events are regularly arranged
