25th January 2019 The Most Painted Place – Bonchurch and the Isle of Wight School of Artists
The Society’s next meeting will feature a talk by Robin McInnes, who will describe the history of painting along the Undercliff coast from 1830-70, with a focus on the school of artists that painted the shoreline from their base at Seaside Cottage, Bonchurch.
The meeting will, as usual, be held at the Masonic Hall in Grove Road, Ventnor, and starts at 7.30 pm.
Entry is free to members, while visitors are very welcome; the entry fee is £2.00
