The Sewell Family 2: Henry Sewell of Jamaica and Steephill Castle. William Sewell from Cumberland travelled to Jamaica where he made a fortune. His son, Henry, bought Steephill Castle in 1887 from Major Dudley Hambrough. Includes a portrait of William and one of Henry and his family. By Lesley Telford.
